These Terms apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/or contributors of content.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve transmissions over various networks. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks, managed securely by Shopify and its payment gateways.

5. Pricing and Payment

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. All prices are displayed in HK$ unless a different currency is selected from the currency picker in the top level menu.

We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

6. Shipping, Customs, and Import Duties

We ship to various countries within the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region.

Delivery Times: Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes or local postal services.
Customs and Duties: When ordering from outside of Hong Kong, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. You are responsible for any import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country.
Import Restrictions: It is your responsibility to ensure that the supplements and food items you order can be legally imported into your country. We are not liable for packages seized, destroyed, or returned by customs due to local regulations.

7. Returns and Refunds Policy

Due to the nature of our products (dietary supplements and food items) and strict health, safety, and hygiene standards, our return policy is strictly limited:

Eligibility: We only accept returns for items that are unopened, unused, and in their original, sealed packaging.
Timeframe: You must initiate a return request within 7 days of receiving your order.
Process: To initiate a return, please contact our support team at rheinnatur@lucid-eating.com. If we accept your return, you will be responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours of receipt) with photographic evidence so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no case shall Lucid Food Distribution Limited, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service, or for any other claim related in any way to your use of the service or any product.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR). Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or our Services shall be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of Hong Kong.
